Want to know why your team has been losing deals?
Our Loss Reason field is here to help: as you begin adding loss reasons to your Sellf lost or abandoned deals, you’ll start to assemble an invaluable data set for tracking the reason deals are lost or abandoned.
Then, in the Loss Reasons Report section in our web app, you will be able to identify trends in why you've been losing deals across all your pipelines.
You can visualize your data, switching between "by Reason", "by User", "by Source".
Loss Reasons (Report) by Reason
Hover the mouse over a section of the bar graph to see the total amount of lost deals caused by that Loss Reason.
The rows beneath the bar graph display the breakdown of the Deals from that loss reason in that specified time frame with the total value and the average value.
You can show or not data with "unknown reasons", meaning deals where loss reason was not specified.
You can see your data by "Value" or "Count".
Loss Reasons (Report) by User lets you identify who is losing deals and why.
Loss Reasons (Report) by Source lets you see which sources are causing the most losses.
Each report can be filtered by Area and you can adjust the date range to see how the distribution of your deal reasons changes over the time. The all new date filter allows you to filter this report choosing any time period.
Remember that each report updates every 30 minutes/ 1hour. Check your Last update date.
