How to add the Deal Loss Reasons

Want to know why your team has been losing deals?

Our Loss Reason field is here to help: as you begin adding loss reasons to your Sellf lost or abandoned deals, you’ll start to assemble an invaluable data set for tracking the reason deals are lost or abandoned. 

Sign into Sellf web as an administrator ( and navigate to "Settings" > "Deals" > "Loss Reasons"

From this tab, you can activate and add the new deal loss reasons or edit current ones.

Once activated, you will see a new pop up window when you set your deal stage to "Lost" or "Abandoned". 
Here you will be able to choose between the Loss Reasons set in your Settings. 

You can manage your Deal Loss Reasons also from your iPhone, iPad or smartphone Android.

Deal Loss Reasons Report: why your team is losing deals?

Remember that deal loss reasons will be shared with your team. Only the admin can create new loss reasons  and edit these settings.
