Campaign types - Manage your audience

Sales Campaigns in Sellf are mainly focused on deals. This means that when you launch campaigns which involve your team collaborators, you're assigning new deals to them. These deals can be assigned by importing a spreadsheet file or they can be automatically generated by Sellf thanks to the Campaign Builder.
Let's see how below.

Before you start, it's important that you already know what kind of target you want to focus on with this Campaign.

Are you launching the Campaign on new leads or customers?
Then you should start creating the campaign from your Contact List or you should import your leads/customers using a spreadsheet file.
Follow the guide linked here to discover how to import your data with spreadsheets.

Are you launching the Campaign on new leads or existing customers in Sellf and you already have deals to assign?
Then you should start importing your deals with a spreadsheet file.

Once you've activated the Campaign Builder Module, you will be able to create a new Campaign from the Team Menu (click here), from the Settings (click here) or from the Deals Page, where now a new tab is shown, called Campaigns (click here)

Leaderboards to encourage positive competition

Areas and Users Leaderboards allows you to see which members of your team are closing more deals.
Leaderboards create also a friendly competitive atmosphere and keep your team motivated to always perform at their best.
The ranking depends on how many deals were assigned to each area/user.
A participant could be in a higher position than a participant who won a higher value of deals, because he had fewer deals to close, so he is closer to his campaign goal.
See the example below.

The Areas Leaderboard can be filtered by areas of your team and follows the hierarchy policies of your team, while the Users Leaderboard follows the visibility permissions you set during the creation of the campaign.
If you chose "Everyone in the team", participants can access the leaderboards of all users of your team, even if these users are located in areas above them.
