Multiple Sales Pipeline

Multiple Sales Pipelines are available on all our Plans. For more information about our Plans and Pricing, click here.



Your Sellf account comes with one Sales Pipeline by default. In order to track multiple unique sales processes, you can create an unlimited number of sales pipelines and define a different type of goal for each pipeline: money or quantity

If you're already signed into Sellf, you can click here to create new sales pipelines.
You can also reach the Pipelines page and create your new pipeline by following the steps below:

on our web app - Sellf web: (www.sellf.io)
1. Click on Settings. You can find the Settings page by clicking on your name in the top right corner or by clicking on your avatar in the side menu; 
2. On the left side of the screen click "Pipeline".

3. Click the green “Add a New Pipeline” button to add a new pipeline. You’ll be prompted to a modal view where you can add a name for your new Pipeline. Here you can also set different goals for the new pipeline: choose either a quantity or a monetary sales goal you want to achieve!
This will allow you to track different kind of deals.

4. Click "Save" to continue. You’ll then be able to customize the stages within the new pipeline by clicking on "Add a new in progress stage". You can also add as many stages as you like before your closed stages (won, lost, abandoned).
These last three stages can be renamed as well on our web platform, but they'll continue to function as Won, Lost and Abandoned on our Pipeline view and on our reports.    




on our mobile iOS apps: 
1. Tap on the side menu icon in the upper left of your screen; 
2. Tap on your big photo (avatar); 
3. Tap on "Pipeline settings". 
4. Tap on "New pipeline" near the green "plus" button and write the name of your new Pipeline. Then tap "Done" on your keyboard and hit "Save" to continue. 
5. Tap on the Pipeline you've just created to customize the stages, by renaming "In progress" or adding new ones by tapping on "New stage". You can add as many stages as you like before your closed stages (won, lost, abandoned). Here you can also set different goals for the new pipeline: choose either a quantity or a monetary sales goal you want to achieve!
This will allow you to track different kind of deals. 








on our mobile Android apps:
1. Tap on the side menu icon in the upper left of your screen;
2. Tap on your big photo (avatar);
3. Tap on "Customize your pipeline".
4. Tap on "Pipeline" near the "plus" button and write the name of your new Pipeline. Then tap on the "plus" button on the right to continue.
5. Tap on the Pipeline you've just created to customize the stages, by renaming "In progress" or adding new ones by tapping on "Insert new stadium". You can add as many stages as you like before your closed stages (won, lost, abandoned). Here you can also set different goals for the new pipeline: choose either a quantity or a monetary sales goal you want to achieve!
This will allow you to track different kind of deals. 

Once your customization is completed, you can edit your existing deals and moving them from one pipeline to another one.
Choose the deal you want to move, tap on the pencil icon to edit and then choose your new pipeline.

You can filter your deals by choosing the Pipeline in the drop down menu in the "deals" page. The first Pipeline created in Sellf is selected by default. 



If you're creating a new deal from the "deals" menu, it will be added in the selected pipeline by default. 
If you're creating a new deal from a customer, you will be able to choose the pipeline in which it will be added.
