Stay in touch - How to remember to call a customer?

With this new feature, you'll never forget a potential customer again.
The "Stay in touch" function frees up your mind, leaving Sellf to alert you when the time is right.

Use this feature to set reminders for contacts you want to keep in touch with on a recurring basis, i.e. someone you want to contact weekly, monthly, quarterly, or yearly.

How does it work?

On a contact, select the "Bell" icon and set a time interval for when you would like to keep in touch.  

On Sellf web (, you can do it directly from your contact list, where you will see all your reminders on the left.
Once you select an interval, the icon will shift to red (on Sellf web and Android smartphones), while it will shift to white on your iPhone/iPad. The date will be displayed beneath the list of intervals. 

If you have a long list of contacts, on Sellf web you can sort them by putting the contacts you want to keep in touch at the top. 

When the time is right, Sellf will send you an email and a push notification on your mobile device.  

How to turn off the reminder?

You can turn off the reminder by going back to the contact record, clicking on the bell and then select "Never".
